While I'm thinking about it, I want to thank those who have commented. Its nice to hear from you, and I love the feedback, too. If you have your own blog that I'm not already following, I'd appreciate it if you could comment so I could read your blog as well.
Kira is crawling faster and faster. She doesn't take many rests on her belly anymore; who has time for that, really? ;) I think I'm seeing her thin out because of how active she is these days. She will literally crawl around or stand/cruise on furniture for an hour or two or three at a time. I don't know how she does it. With all of this mobility comes more frequent falls. About twice a day I'll have to pick her up to calm her for a minute after she bonks her head on the floor, a toy, furniture, anything. But she's okay within a minute. She's tough, and she's a risk-taker.
Without further adieu, here are some pics of Kira from the weekend. I have a few others and some videos I have to sift through. When I'm looking at 100+ pics and at least a half dozen videos every week, its difficult to choose which ones to post.

Pigtails! I've been having fun playing with Kira's hair sometimes, but I have to be quick about it. Patience is NOT one of Kira's virtues. Notice the bruise on her forehead. Its probably from falling on something; I'm not sure.
